Account details you provide at signup (name, email, phone, billing address), payment information processed by our payment gateway (we don't store full card numbers), and technical logs needed to operate hosting services.
To provision and support your hosting account, process payments and renewals, send service notices, and — only with opt-in consent — send product updates.
We don't sell customer data to third parties, and we don't read the content of hosted websites or email except when investigating a support ticket you've raised or a security incident.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the service — payment processors, SMS/email delivery providers, and the domain registry for registrations — under confidentiality agreements.
Account and billing data is kept for the duration of your account plus 7 years, as required for tax records under Indian law. Hosted content is deleted 15 days after account termination.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing privacy@stratoshosting.in.
