By purchasing or using any Stratos Hosting Pvt. Ltd. service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We provide shared, reseller, VPS and cloud hosting, domain registration, and related services as described on our pricing page. Specifications listed at time of purchase apply for the term of that billing cycle.
Accounts may not be used to host malware, send unsolicited bulk email, distribute pirated content, or engage in activity that disrupts other customers' service. We may suspend accounts violating this policy with notice, except where immediate action is required to protect the network.
Plans renew automatically at the listed renewal price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email seven days before any renewal charge.
We may suspend an account for non-payment after a 5-day grace period, or for acceptable-use violations. Data is retained for 15 days after suspension before deletion.
Stratos Hosting's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
